🎂 Come Cheer with Bran on his 30th Spin Around the Sun 🌍✨
We stay in Prague for one night, from Saturday to Sunday. There will be a surprise 🎁 on Sunday that you cannot miss!
Since I work in logistics, this won’t be just a simple one-day celebration, but the "birthday logistics operation level 30" 😃 After the (un)official Prague weekend ends… the journey continues to Slovakia 🚀
🌟 What is going to happen after Prague?
🌙 I invite you to the birthday party week that continues with a comfortable night train to Košice 🚆💤, wake up refreshed, enjoy breakfast on wheels ☕🥐, and discover a new city 🏛️.
✈️ In the evening, to take a flight to Bratislava, stay one night 🏨, and explore the capital city 🌆.
🏔️ Then to move to Banská Bystrica, my hometown 🏡.
💃 And finally, to head to the Východná Summer Festival under the High Tatras, full of music 🎶, dance 💃, culture 🎭, and food 🍲. There couldn’t be a better cherry on top of the birthday week.
🌟 Why these places?
I know your questions may arise: how is this going to be possible, how much will the accommodation and transportation cost, and why these places. Each of them has a strong meaning for me and has played an important part in my life. I am sure you will fall in love with them as well.
🏰 Prague (27-28.06.)
It’s the place where I have decided to move and where I currently live 🏰. If you prefer your own accommodation (hotel, Airbnb), I will be glad to help you find the best one. If you prefer to stay together, this is the place a&o Prague Rhea check-in starts at 15:00 on Saturday, but you can leave your luggage earlier. This accommodation costs 25€ per person in 4-bed rooms.
😍 Košice (29.06.)
Košice is the second biggest city in Slovakia and my absolute favorite 😍. The night train (with sleeping beds) from Prague to Košice costs 45€ per person, including breakfast and coffee.
🎓 Bratislava (29-30.06.)
It’s the capital of Slovakia and the city where I studied and spent my university years 👨🏻🎓. The one-hour flight from Košice to Bratislava currently costs 20€ per person (this might increase). Accommodation in Bratislava TBD.
👶 Banská Bystrica (30.06. - 02.07.)
It’s the place where I was born, where I come from, and where I spent my early childhood 👶🏻. The train from Bratislava to Banská Bystrica costs 15€ per person. As my guest in my hometown, you will stay at my place :)
🎻 Východná (02-05.07.)
It’s a picturesque place with an amazing view of the High Tatras mountains that hosts the Summer Folk Festival 💃🏻. As you might know, folk dancing is my latest obsession. But do not worry, the festival is not just about the dancing, it is full of music, culture, workshops, food and other events. 4-day festival ticket costs 40€ per person.
🤝 Important information
You can join for the full week 🌍 or for a part of the week or just for the Prague weekend 🏙️. Totally flexible. I understand that you might not be up to a week-long adventure or your availability may be limited. Therefore, it’s completely okay if you want to join only part of the week or stay only for the weekend (27-28.06.) in Prague.
